Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed February 21, 2024 found that Ameribest Home Care, Llc. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed September 27, 2023 and an off-site follow-up survey completed on December 21, 2023.
